The 16th President of the USA, Abraham Lincoln reportedly foresaw his own death. According to a famous incident narrated by his friend and bodyguard Ward Hill Lamon, just a few days before his assassination, Lincoln supposedly told him about a dream. According to the dream, he walked into the East room of White house and found a group of mourners and a corpse which was being guarded by soldiers. When Lincoln asked one of the soldiers who had died, a soldier replied “The President. He was killed by an assassin”.
